System messagesIMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING THE SOFTSCAN EMAIL SECURITY SERVICEAll email scanning services are now moved from the SoftScan platform to the MessageLabs platform.All customers have received login details for the MessageLabs ClientNet portal by email. Quarantined emails: Access to emails before 9th May 2011 is done from SoftScan Manager. Please note that you will need to download the email(s), Release will not work after this date. Emails quarantined after 9th May 2011 is accessed from MessageLabs ClientNet. Archived emails: The SoftScan email archiving service is end of life and it will cease to archive new emails sent and received with effect from 9th May 2011. You can still access your legacy emails stored within the SoftScan email archive (the .Legacy Archive.) until (i) we provide you with a downloaded version of the emails from such Legacy Archive, or (ii) you confirm to us that you have downloaded the emails from the Legacy Archive, or (iii) we have imported the emails from the Legacy Archive to the new MessageLabs email archive, whichever is the earliest. Email scanning settings: Change the future configuration of your email scanning in MessageLabs ClientNet. SoftScan Web Security Service: Access to settings and reporting for the Web Security Service, is still done from SoftScan Manager.
